General Disclaimer
Project Bedford provides drone-based aerial imagery services, including photography and videography, subject to applicable law, aviation restrictions, weather conditions, site conditions, and operational safety considerations.
No flight will be undertaken unless the operator considers it safe, lawful, and appropriate to proceed on the day and at the exact location of operation.
Compliance Disclaimer
Project Bedford intends to operate in accordance with applicable UK Civil Aviation Authority requirements, including the Drone Code, relevant Open Category rules where applicable, and supporting guidance such as CAP 722.
Compliance depends on the circumstances of each individual flight, including aircraft type, class or weight, location, nearby persons, local restrictions, airspace status, weather, and other environmental conditions.
No Guarantee of Flight or Output
Project Bedford reserves the right to delay, refuse, relocate, modify, or cancel a drone operation where:
- safety may be compromised
- weather conditions are unsuitable
- airspace or location restrictions apply
- public presence creates unacceptable risk
- technical issues arise
- a flight would otherwise be unlawful or inadvisable
Specific footage, flight paths, angles, or outputs cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
Property, Privacy and Use
Project Bedford aims to operate discreetly and respectfully. Even so, flights may be affected by third-party property rights, privacy expectations, land access limitations, local management policies, or objections beyond the operator's direct control.
Where an instructing party requests filming relating to private land, premises, or controlled property, responsibility remains with that party to ensure any required authority or permission has been obtained.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Bedford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, commercial, or special loss arising from delays, cancellations, unavailable shots, regulatory restrictions, weather conditions, technical interference, or other factors outside reasonable control.
Aerial imagery supplied by Project Bedford is artistic or documentary in nature unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and must not be relied on for surveying, legal, engineering, valuation, measurement, or compliance purposes unless explicitly confirmed.
Insurance and Document Status
Any reference to insurance is strictly subject to the scope, limits, exclusions, and policy wording in force at the time of operation. No wording on this page extends insurance cover beyond the active policy itself.
