New JCB Excavator Appears in Universal Studios UK Lake Zone

Another excavator has now been spotted on the concrete slab, more commonly referred to as the Lake Zone, at Universal Studios UK. This is a machine we haven’t seen on site before, and it appears to be a JCB 13T or a similar model in that size range.

The excavator was positioned in the same area where large quantities of brickwork were previously crushed by the Wazinator 1000. While there was no active digging taking place whilst I was flying over the site, its presence feels significant and suggests that further activity in this area may be imminent.

As always, the arrival of new machinery tends to signal the next phase of work is not far away.
