Lake zone being prepped for crops
News just in, the lake zone is being prepared by the farmer for planting a new crop. To be honest, it’s not a massive surprise. No works other than a new road but that can wait, would be planned to go on the lake zone for quite some time possibly even years until we see construction here so makes perfect sense to continue working the land and good on Universal for continuing to allow the farmers to take advantage of the land not ready for development.
As for the core zone, no movement yet but I will keep a very close eye on it over the coming months however I would be very surprised if they did seed the core zone given that as soon as, hopefully if, the SDO is approved they will want to get on it and start enabling works before main construction starts in 2026.
