I completely missed this while editing the video... it was only because someone mentioned it in the YouTube comments that I went back for another look!

For around five seconds, a dust devil appears on the Universal United Kingdom Resort construction site. It's such a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment that most people won't even notice it.
