The giant Volvo EC750EL, nicknamed DiggerTron Omega, has had its bucket refitted after a short spell without it and appears set for earthmoving at the Universal site in Bedford.

DiggerTron Omega is officially ready for action.

After spending a little while without its bucket attached, DiggerTron Omega is now fully equipped and looking ready to get to work on the Universal United Kingdom Resort site.

This giant Volvo EC750EL is one of the biggest machines we've seen on site, and with the bucket now fitted, it looks like it's gearing up for some serious earthmoving in the days ahead.

We'll be keeping a close eye on what it gets up to, so if you're as fascinated by the heavy machinery as we are, stay tuned for more updates from around the site!
