The concrete slab is getting taller!

Crowland Cranes has been busy helping assemble the modular offices at Universal United Kingdom Resort, with these latest photos showing sections being lifted into position and part of the building now standing two storeys high.

Delivery lorries are bringing in more units and the surrounding compound is taking shape, so there’s plenty happening in this corner of the site. After so much time watching earth being moved around, it’s quite satisfying to see something going upwards!

The offices are likely to be for Winvic, whose branding is visible on fencing and vehicles around the compound. That points towards a connection, although we don’t yet have confirmation of who will occupy this particular building.

Our source tells us the finished offices will be three storeys high. With two already visible, we’re two-thirds of the way there so far!

That third storey remains unconfirmed, but it’s worth mentioning that this source hasn’t been wrong yet. We’ll keep watching to see whether another level follows.

These photos also give a good sense of how the wider compound is developing, with more cabins, parked vehicles and equipment spread across the slab. There’s a lot to spot when you look beyond the crane.

We’ll continue to monitor progress and keep you updated. Has anything else caught your eye in these four photos?
