Three 1870s wells spotted in August 2026 have been removed

The three wells spotted back in August 2026 have now been removed.

The Facebook post said: "They've been well recorded, well documented and well removed from history, innit!"

To be fair, they only dated back to the 1870s, so they weren't particularly old in the grand scheme of things. However, it's nice that we managed to spot them and capture a little bit of local history before they were removed to make way for the Universal UK Resort.
