A little bird told me today that even though Universal has an SDO in place and many of us assumed we might not get to see detailed plans, that isn't entirely true.
I've heard Universal will still have to submit detailed plans for certain parts of the resort to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to satisfy conditions of the Special Development Order. Those documents may also be reviewed by Bedford Borough Council.
If that's the case, there's a chance at least some of those plans may become publicly available.
I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it!
